Insurance

Hevar’s employees are eligible for contributory Medical Insurance as long as they work at least 32 hours per week. All new full time employees are eligible for medical benefits with a 30 day waiting period following their start date. Employee contributions are deducted from the payroll each pay period. The contribution is pre-tax based. At each renewal period, the option to go to a new provider is always considered with respect to cost of the benefits. Employee Referral  Program

Hevar is growing very rapidly. Employee Referrals is a very effective way to fill open positions in the company. Hevar has a referral award program for employees who recommend external candidates. If Hevar hires a candidate referred by an employee, the employee is eligible to receive up to $500.00 after 3 months or $1,500 reward on one year anniversary date.

To be eligible for this, employees must inform the hiring/ sales manager in writing prior to the candidate being contacted.

Vacation and Paid Time Off

Hevar’s permanent employees may be eligible for annual vacation. Vacation accrues by month based on number of days the employee is eligible for in a given year. Monthly accruals are calculated by taking the total number of eligible days, and dividing by 12 months. For example, two weeks vacation would accrue according to the following formula: 10 days / 12 months=0.83 days per month. If the date of hire is between 16th and the last day of the month, use the following month as the start of the accrual. One week of Vacation time accrued this year can be carried over to the next year upon approval by the HR Manager and your immediate supervisor. Vacation only accrues in the first three months of employment, but cannot be used. The eligible vacation is based on the service with Hevar is:

 Immigrant/Non Immigrant Visa’s

Hevar sponsors Work visas for engineers, programmer analysts, software engineers, business analysts, accountants and others who possess education or skills required by our clients. We file applications for the H1B (H-1B Visa) Visa for Professionals, H4 visas for dependents and TN Employment Visa for citizens of Canada and Mexico.

We also provide assistance on immigration matters regarding the sponsorship of employees for EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas (Green Cards). Eligibility for filing of Green Card is determined by the management based on employee’s background and history with the organization. Hevar is able to file labor certification applications under the new PERM process allowing expedited processing of immigrant visa applications on behalf of employees
